Rising corona cases have caused problems, many states including Delhi may impose complete lockdown

New Delhi: Amidst the fear of Corona in the country, the new year started. Today is the third day of the new year that restrictions like lockdown have been imposed in many states. After Haryana, West Bengal and Rajasthan governments have also imposed an undeclared lockdown in a way.

In the same Bihar, in the midst of increasing cases of corona, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said that there will be a meeting of Crisis Management on Tuesday, in which lockdown or other restrictions will be considered. At the same time, once again the danger of lockdown has started looming in Delhi. In the last 24 hours, 4100 cases have been registered here in view of the sharp jump in Corona cases.

Earlier, schools in Haryana have been closed till January 12. Along with this, new restrictions related to the general public have been imposed. According to Haryana Health Minister Anil Vij, malls and markets in Gurugram, Faridabad, Ambala, Panchkula and Sonepat will be closed till 5 pm. Only those people who have received both doses of the vaccine are allowed to enter public transport, hotels, restaurants, malls, grain markets. At the same time, there is continuous news from Maharashtra that the Uddhav Thackeray government is considering lockdown. Delhi, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Telangana are included in the list of similar states.

Restrictions like lockdown in rajasthan

In view of the increasing corona cases, the Rajasthan government on Sunday implemented new guidelines to prevent the spread of infection. As per the new guidelines, government and private schools in Jaipur have been closed for classes 1 to 8 from January 3 to January 9, 2022. ,

The Haryana government on Saturday announced a slew of restrictions in five districts, including Gurugram, Faridabad, Ambala, Panchkula and Sonipat. These restrictions came into effect from 5 am on Sunday. The restrictions will remain in force till 5 am on January 12. All cinema halls, theatres, multiplexes in these five districts will remain closed for these 10 days. Sports complexes, swimming pools will also remain closed. Offices will function with 50 per cent attendance while malls and markets are allowed to open till 5 pm. The government order states that bars and restaurants are allowed to operate with 50% seating capacity.

Start of the year with Night Curfew

Night curfew has already been imposed in most of the states. New Year’s parties were banned. Where there was permission, very few people could gather. However, the first month of the new year will also pass under restrictions. Maharashtra, Delhi are among the big states where lockdown can be imposed. Section 144 will continue in Mumbai. It is believed that night curfew will be extended to prevent infection.
