It’s no secret that Stalley has an affinity for old schools and  he does a good job incorporating them into a lot of his videos. “Chevys and Space Ships” is his latest video release and if the title wasn’t obvious enough this dope video takes you for a ride in a virtual space ship through the galaxy and in a Chevelle SS through the streets of LA.

We stumbled upon Classic Kicks today via Twitter and were pleasantly surprised to find tons of throwback pics of classic Nike advertisements, catalog scans and and a bunch of other random dope shit from the 80s. We noticed some of the album covers posted feature different kicks AND whips on album covers.  80s car culture was quite different than today but was a major part of Hip Hop and we love seeing the old school whips on BBS’ and such. Typically when the words ‘Emirates’ and ‘Cars’ are mentioned the result is a bunch of  high-end, extremely unattainable vehicles owned by  Sheikhs.  Well, this collection (owned by Sheikh Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan aka the Rainbow Sheikh) is not your typical Middle Eastern garage with its eclectic and straight up STRANGE mix of rides. This particular Sheikh seems to be obsessed with larger-than-life, impractical vehicles – which is kinda cool in our book. If you aren’t old enough to remember, the “Dee Browns” were the kicks to have back in the early 90s. The whole Pump thing eventually got played out, but like all classic kicks the Reebok Omni Lites have been retro’d in some pretty dope colorways and thanks to JackThreads you can get ‘em for the low. This is probably the biggest steal on #ForSaleFriday so far. We LOVE Lowrods and this ’62 seems almost too good to be true. It’s a super clean ’62 Impala, which in itself the parts are extremely expensive if you can even find them. It’s also bagged, has staggered 18/20″ wheels and a high output 350 small block. Conservatively,  it would take almost 50k to build this car so at $20k, this is a STEAL. Check out the link here
