What brands do you print on?
All CARMA t-shirts are printed on American Apparel and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA.
How do I know what size shirt to order?

I ordered two shirts of the same size, why is one smaller?
Some shirts are prewashed because of the printing technique used. These shirts may be slightly smaller when they arrive.
Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Of course. Subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on twitter, or keep tabs on our blog. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.
Do you accept designs from third parties?
No, all of our designs are CARMA originals, designed by the orginal 3 founders.

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.
What shipping method do you use?
We use both USPS and FedEx.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
