Virat Kohli’s close cricketer Mohammad Siraj has become very emotional after leaving the captaincy of Team India in Test cricket. Siraj has written a long post sharing a photo with Virat on Instagram and has described him as his ‘superhero’.

Let us tell you that the credit of bringing Mohammad Siraj forward fast is given to Virat Kohli. Siraj plays for Virat’s team Royal Challengers in IPL.

Siraj wrote on Instagram, “To my superhero, I can’t thank you enough for the support and encouragement you’ve received. You’ve always been a great brother to me, thank you for believing in me for so many years. Will always be my captain, King Kohli.”

Virat Kohli may have left the captaincy of all three formats and IPL. But he will continue to play for Team India and Royal Challengers Bangalore. In T20 and ODI, Rohit Sharma has taken over the responsibility of captaincy in place of Kohli. But it will be interesting to see who the BCCI appoints as the captain in Tests. Apart from Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant are named in the race for Test captain.

The three-match ODI series between India and South Africa will begin in Paarl from January 19. In the absence of Rohit Sharma, who was out due to injury, KL Rahul will take charge of the team. Jasprit Bumrah will be Rahul’s deputy for this series. Virat will be seen playing in this series. At the same time, Mohammad Siraj did not play in the third Test after being injured. He is also a part of the ODI series, but no information has been revealed on whether he is fit or not.
