Aryan Khan will not have to appear in NCB office every week in big relief from Mumbai High Court


Aryan Khan has got a big relief from the Bombay High Court in the drugs case. Aryan no longer needs to attend Mumbai NCB office every week. The court also said that whenever Aryan Khan is called by the Special Investigation Team of NCB in Delhi, he will appear before them provided 72 hours’ notice is given by the central agency.

Apart from this, whenever Aryan has to go out of Mumbai, he will first inform the investigating officers about it. Now after this decision of the court, Aryan has got a big relief.

Let us inform that Aryan got bail on 28 October after being in jail for 26 days. Aryan was granted bail on 14 conditions, one of which included attendance at the NCB office.

Aryan had said through an interim application that since the matter is now with the Special Investigation Team (Sit) NCB’s Delhi office, it is not necessary for Aryan to attend the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday. As per the directions of the court, Aryan had appeared at the Mumbai office of NCB on November 5, 12, 19 and 26 and on December 3 and 10.

Let us inform that on October 28, Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha got bail after furnishing a personal bond of one lakh rupees each and one or two sureties of the same amount.
