Muscle Monday | ’70 Chevelle ‘Vert
About a year ago, the December ’10 issue of Super Chevy hit my desk and I was surprised and impressed that a fairly custom vehicle graced their cover for once. I definitely never thought I’d see a set of staggered black multi-piece wheels on the cover Super Chevy. The Chevelle has everything I like; LSx motor (640 HP LS7!), big brakes, dope rims and upgraded suspension. He also did the bumpers and stripes in matte black which is difficult to pull off. Check the pics below and the full write-up here.

Muscle Monday – Fesler Built ’66 Mustang
The term ‘Muscle Car’ doesn’t exactly mean what it did in the past so we felt it was OK to squeeze a classic Mustang in this week. Plus, what the team at Fesler did with it surely falls under the Muscle category so it’s all good. We’ve posted some Fesler Built cars before so it should come to no surprise that this ’66 Stang received the full rotisserie treatment which you can see all the build pics from start to finish here.
Muscle Monday | ’70 Barracuda
Shooting a classic Plymouth yesterday definitely inspired our first Mopar-based Muscle Monday. In my opinion, Mopars are cool but only when modified. Google a ’68 Barracuda and a ’68 Chevelle and you’ll see what I’m talking about. The ’70 Cuda is a highly-regarded ride, in the past 10 years their value has increased signifigantly which if you watch Barrett Jackson then you already know. This prestine Plymouth is a former SEMA build and has everything you’d ever want in a muscle car. Check out the full article from Hot Rod Magazine here.

Muscle Monday – ’67 Chevelle
Muscle Monday is going to the dark side today with this sinister ’67 Chevelle from Alabama via Super Chevy. With the ultimate balance of looks and performance, this Chevelle leans more towards the Pro Touring side of the fence with its modded 502 Big Block and track-ready suspension. The ‘Velle also sports a set of staggered 20″ Boze Forged wheels with a ridiculous 20×12 in the rear. Check out the full write-up with additional pics from Super Chevy here.
